ALDI Fort Walton Beach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership in daily operations, scheduling, and customer service. You will help develop and execute action plans to improve results and lead a team to meet performance targets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and training abilities, with a starting wage of $25/hour and potential increase to $26/hour in Year 2. This is a full-time, on-site position with standard benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
