Responsibilities

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Monitors the competitive environment and suggests adjustments to maintain ALDI's position.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel and communicating information to the team.
• Ensures adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash controls to minimize losses.
• Maintains store cleanliness and proper signage and assists with stock levels and product ordering.
