Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports to ensure mutual understanding and desired results.
• Identifies training and development opportunities that will assist their direct reports in achieving enhanced performance.
• Understands the overarching company strategy and models core values to foster teamwork.
• Monitors the competitive environment and informs the direct leader about adjustments needed to maintain competitiveness.
• Provides product feedback to the direct leader, including recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participates in the interviewing process for store personnel.
• Communicates information including weekly updates, milestones, and concerns.
• Ensures inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies are followed to minimize losses.
• Maintains store cleanliness standards and proper signage at all times.
• Assists with maintaining stock levels through ordering and merchandising.
• Supervises day-to-day operations and escalates issues as needed.
• Ensures direct reports complete responsibilities timely to provide high customer service.
