You will handle staffing, training, scheduling, and performance development, while safeguarding store standards, P&L, and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas.
• Ability to communicate clearly to team members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and identify root causes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information and use it to make informed decisions; promote suggestive selling.
• Demonstrated leadership in a safety-first environment.
• Mentor team members including hourly staff and shift leaders.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in daily store operations.
• Act as mentor and coach, guiding development and promotions.
• Improve customer service and drive store sales while meeting customer needs.
• Maintain store appearance, product presentation and company standards.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote staff development and succession planning.
• Document disciplinary actions and advise on terminations.
• Manage P&L, sales goals and shrinkage for the department.
• Deliver exceptional, fast, friendly customer service.
• Ensure staff complete required training and certifications.
• Ensure safe work environment and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
