The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail experience, with strong customer service and communication skills. Weekend/holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in retail operations required.
• Ability to supervise volunteers and staff in a retail setting.
• Demonstrated accuracy in accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with the execution of daily operations of a retail store.
• Oversee personnel, clients and volunteers assigned to the retail store.
• Direct training and ensure procedures and GIWM policies are followed.
• Maintain grounds and building; report repairs and coordinate replacements.
• Enhance security and loss prevention measures.
• Ensure OSHA/MIOSHA safety compliance and GIWM safety rules.
• Prepare sales reports and provide accurate retail information on time.
