Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service
• Strong communication skills and teamwork oriented

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away and drive performance goals
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team
