Responsibilities

• Coaching and motivating your team to drive sales and service.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with product knowledge and teamwork.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual and operations expectations.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership.
• Learn and share product knowledge and trends to fit customer needs.
