Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead diverse teams.
• Experience with store operations, merchandising, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through merchandising and operations.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manage expenses and shrink.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
