Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement and drive sales goals.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and service standards.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
