Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver best-in-class customer experience reflecting brand values.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through merchandising, operations, and community connection.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing retail environment and manage expenses to support profitability.
