The Store Team Leader at Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana in Lebanon, IN 46052 reports to the Store Leader and supports the management team to achieve the annual operating plan. You will guide staff, handle customer situations, and drive store performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include coaching hourly staff, managing day-to-day operations, and monitoring sales and donation metrics while upholding Goodwill’s mission and values in every interaction with customers

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in service-related settings.
• Ability to coach and give feedback to staff.
