Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members on the sales floor. The role includes owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, with a focus on top selling performance and omni-support needs.

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading shifts, training Team Members, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment while maintaining store standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related work preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own execution of Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap areas.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and ensure safe practices.
