AEO is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader at Mayfaire Town Center in Wilmington, NC. You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to, developing and executing the business strategy while guiding a high-performing team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience and maintain brand standards.

You will recruit, train and coach team members, lead daily operations, drive sales as the Leader on Duty, provide real-time feedback, and uphold safety and asset protection principles to ensure consistent
