Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity, and analyze trends to guide decisions.
• Lead, motivate, and train team to uphold AE & Aerie customer service standards on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Recruit and hire strong talent; provide ongoing coaching and development, and conduct performance reviews.
• Provide real-time feedback, set development plans, and celebrate top performance to keep the team engaged.
• Maintain store operations, visual standards, and guest-ready fitting rooms while upholding safety and asset protection policies.
