You will implement business strategies, train staff, and uphold brand standards, while championing safety and asset protection.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage performance through coaching, and ensure visual merchandising excellence to maximize store profitability

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and KPIs as Leader on Duty, focusing on fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Recruit, train and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and meet store needs.
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and regular development plans to boost associate engagement and performance.
• Maintain visual standards across all store zones and ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and brand-aligned.
