Total Wine & More in Totowa, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help grow the brand through best-in-class service and a distinctive world of beverages. You will support store operations, drive sales, and lead a sales-focused team while ensuring a safe and compliant environment.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail leadership experience, 1–3 years in a managerial role, and strong POS/inventory skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail setting.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and achieve KPIs.
