Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail sales role, with leadership potential or previous supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes and customer service best practices.

• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by store operations in East London, Eastern Cape.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further retail education or certifications are beneficial.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Based in or willing to relocate to East London.
