About the Role

You will be a key player in creating an engaging customer experience and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales floor. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service, driving sales performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is highly desirable.

• Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer engagement.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from Welkom, Free State .
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or retail training certifications are a plus.
