Job summary

You will drive the retail philosophy, complete certification courses, oversee merchandise presentation, and maintain accurate pricing and inventory while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise and installation to customers.
• Process checkouts and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
