Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Banking Certified STeamLead Trainee (External Only) in Charlottesville, VA. The role is full-time at fas mart locations, offering hourly pay between $14.25 and $16.25 and Open Availability shifts.

Training will prepare you to lead a team and deliver 100% customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires handling cash, assisting customers, maintaining stock, and ensuring compliance with store procedures.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
• Able to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a car.
• Liability insurance on vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly manner and provides fast, efficient service.
• Rings sales on the cash register and handles money with accuracy.
• Assist with shift change by counting money in cash drawer at start/end of shift.
• Process money orders, credit card purchases, checks, and lottery sales.
• Check IDs for restricted sales and stock replenishment.
