Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for hourly team members and provide guidance.
• Support store management and oversee daily store operations.
• Train and coach team members and ensure compliance with policies.
• Open and close procedures and maintain store security.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and relationships with staff.
• Assist in events and promotions to drive sales and store traffic.
• Ensure compliance with ATF regulations and inventory records.
