Range USA in Milwaukee seeks an Assistant Store Leader (Manager) to drive sales, lead daily operations, and develop team members while upholding safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced shooting range environment.

You will partner with the Store Leader to manage scheduling, cash handling, and a welcoming customer experience, with growth opportunities into broader leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail sales or leadership.
• Led teams of 10+ associates.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office, POS systems, inventory tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of store sales goals through exceptional customer service and team execution.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in both retail and range environments.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, promotional, and visual presentation standards.
• Schedule staff to align with traffic and business needs.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, receipts.
• Oversee range maintenance and facility standards.
