Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. This role reports to the Store Manager and helps supervise associates during daily shifts in our Massachusetts store.

You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention while ensuring a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff. Part-time hours may apply, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
