Responsibilities

• Provide best in class service by greeting and assisting customers; coach employees to do the same.
• Monitor staff productivity and cash handling while operating registers and ensuring efficient customer flow.
• Ensure production flow and staff productivity, maximizing donations and merchandise output.
• Lead floor moves, merchandizing, and donor interactions per policy.
• Train staff, provide ongoing coaching and follow up.
• Model a positive company image and uphold safety and asset protection standards.
