T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Lead to support store leadership and guide the retail team in delivering customer-focused service and sales outcomes. You will coach, train, and manage daily operations to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes maintaining store standards, product knowledge, and adherence to retail procedures to achieve sales targets and strong operational efficiency. Base pay offered with incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in retail (preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (age 18+).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance performance.
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and environment standards.
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounts, and credits to support financial objectives.
• Oversee customer wait times and meet customer needs through team coordination.
• Stay current on products and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
