Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder for our Retail Operations team. This role opens and closes the store, assists during high volume periods, and trains new employees while delivering excellent customer service to drive sales.

You will handle cash, operate scanners and tills, verify ages, manage inventory tasks, and keep the store clean and secure. A High School Diploma and 1+ years of leadership in retail or similar environment are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; support for operations in the absence of management.
• Provide excellent customer service to drive sales.
• Train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge.
• Assist with inventory tasks, pricing accuracy, and refunds/exchanges.
• Monitor for loss prevention and maintain store cleanliness and security.
