Bass Pro Outdoors World in Huntsville, AL seeks a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily tasks such as merchandising, inventory control, pricing, stocking and customer service. You will support management in staffing, training and performance coaching to foster a high-performing team.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales with supervisory exposure; a High School Diploma or equivalent is expected. Strong communication and product knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate daily tasks

Responsabilités

• Direct daily direction to department associates.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and pricing as set by Corporate.
• Coordinate staffing and training for the department.
• Coaches and motivates associates to deliver strong customer service.
• Ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for customers.
• Assist in event coordination and promotional merchandising.
