Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team at an assigned location, reporting to the Retail Manager. The role involves coordinating merchandise flow, maintaining pricing, and upholding customer service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving and tagging, assigning tasks, operating the POS system, and training new hires. Some overtime, nights, and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) system such as Micros.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the receiving and tagging of incoming merchandise.
• Assigns daily tasks and ensures timely, high-quality customer service.
• Coordinates movement of merchandise to retail areas and storage.
• Maintains pricing accuracy and floor merchandising for max sales.
• Trains new hires on POS system and safety procedures.
