Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Retail Supervisor to coordinate a team at an assigned location under the Retail Manager. You will supervise merchandise receiving, pricing, and stock, while delivering strong customer service and leading special projects. This role requires experience, teamwork, and effective use of the Micros POS system.

The position emphasizes daily task delegation, inventory management, and collaboration with managers and staff to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to use telephone, computer, Micros POS system.
• May be required to work overtime, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the receiving and tagging of incoming merchandise.
• Assigns daily tasks and ensures tasks are performed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Coordinates moving of incoming merchandise to retail office, storage areas and/or display floor.
• Handles storing of all incoming merchandise in assigned locations.
• Ensures correct pricing on all products on the floor.
• Maintains customer service standards.
• Cashiers when necessary to expedite guest purchases.
