Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team at an assigned location under the Retail Manager. You will supervise daily operations, ensure customer service standards, and coordinate with management, guests, employees, and vendors.

The role focuses on merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory control, and staff scheduling to maximize sales while maintaining safe, compliant store conditions. This is a full-time, on-site position in New York.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience using Micros POS system.
• Availability for overtime, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the receiving and tagging of incoming merchandise.
• Assigns daily tasks and ensures timely, high-quality service.
• Coordinates movement of merchandise to offices, storage, or display floor.
• Maintains pricing accuracy on the floor and stock levels.
• Cashier duties when needed to expedite guest purchases.
• Train new hires on POS and safety procedures.
