Job summary

Aramark Retail Supervisor coordinates a team at an assigned location under the Retail Manager. Responsible for interactions between management, guests, employees, and vendors.

The role emphasizes merchandise receiving, pricing accuracy, stocking, and high standards of customer service to drive sales and guest satisfaction. Overtime and weekend work may be required as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to use telephone, computer, Micros POS system.
• May be required to work overtime, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the receiving and tagging of incoming merchandise.
• Assigns daily tasks and ensures tasks are performed correctly and in a timely manner, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Coordinates the moving of incoming merchandise to retail office, storage area(s) and/or display floor.
• Stands as cashier when necessary to expedite guest purchases.
• Leads special projects and ensures products are displayed to maximize sales.
• Trains new hires on POS, safety, and job responsibilities.
