Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales
• Supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department staff including merchandising, inventory, pricing, and customer service.
• Assist in staffing, training, and evaluating associates; prepare schedules.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and pricing per Corporate Office.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with buying decisions.
• Lead special events coordination and product demos.
• Address customer and associate issues with GSM/DM and HR Manager
