Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to the associates within the department to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and execute merchandising directives.
• Assist in staff scheduling, interviewing, training, and performance input.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Coordinate special events and ensure accurate pricing, UPC integrity, and inventory control.
