Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of associates in the department.
• Support sales, margins, inventory goals.
• Prepare to-do / task lists.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and pricing as set by Corporate.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing and training.
• Coach and motivate associates to promote positive customer relations.
