Qualifications

• Proficient in calculating discounts, reading reports, and presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and merchandising.
• Staff department, conduct interviews, and coordinate training.
• Maintain plan-o-grams, pricing, and UPC integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales initiatives.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and motivate the team.
