Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, stocking and customer service within a department of the store.

Under supervision, the Team Leader will direct daily tasks, assist in staffing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, and ensure a positive, productive work environment while maintaining pricing integrity and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Staff department and assist in interviewing and training.
• Support sales, inventory, pricing, and customer service goals.
• Provide legendary customer experience and respond to questions from customers and staff.
