Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Lead for the Fishing Department. This role provides daily direction to associates, implements merchandising directives, and maintains pricing and inventory controls to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports the GSM/DM in achieving Departmental Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory Shrinkage and Payroll Goals.
• Provides daily direction to the associates within the department.
• Prepares to-do / Task lists.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams as set by Corporate.
• Ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assists in staffing, interviewing, training, and schedule planning for department personnel.
