Qualifications

• Must deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest situations
• Hold pre-shift meetings to brief the team on daily tasks and information
• Act as a concierge resource for guests in the store
• Ensure guests are greeted on entry and assist with service quality
• Train Sales Associates and General Utility Workers to develop customer-service focused teams
• Assist management in scheduling, staffing, and payroll coordination

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties
• Hold pre-shift meetings to brief the team on daily tasks and information
• Retail Leads should be highly knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and act as guests' concierge
• Ensure all guests are greeted when they walk into the store
• Train staff to develop a customer-service focus
• Lead nightly close out and balance cash with daily sales
