Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Worker to coordinate store operations, train and supervise Sales Associates and General Utility Workers, and ensure top-notch guest service. The role involves leading daily tasks, performing night closes, inventory checks, and payroll coordination when needed.

The position requires prior retail experience, strong math skills, and the ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends. Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills are required to facilitate sales reports and audits.
• Must be of legal age to work with alcohol where applicable.
• Must provide proof of alcohol training and certification where required.
• Flexible, rotating schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Fluent in the native language, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate tasks and safety notes.
• Act as concierge resource, greeting guests and providing local knowledge.
• Train staff to deliver customer-service focused support.
• Ensure smooth operations in the manager's absence and handle guest issues.
• Respond to complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels.
• Order merchandise to meet demand from warehouse/vendors.
• May conduct monthly safety inspections and incident reporting.
• Ensure cleanliness and a pleasant store atmosphere.
• Collect daily cash/sales data using Excel and POS/PM systems.
• Lead nightly closeout and balance cash with sales.
• May audit cashier documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll tasks for department staff.
