Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to communicate tasks and information for the day.
• Lead in-store staff, acting as concierge and knowledge resource for guests.
• Ensure all guests are greeted upon entry to the store.
• Train staff to deliver customer service-focused performance.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep stock inventory and note out-of-stock items or shortages.
• Order merchandise from warehouse and vendors to meet demand.
• May perform monthly safety inspections and incident reporting.
