Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills are required for reports and audits.
• Must be of legal age to work with alcohol and have alcoholic beverage training where applicable.
• Rotational schedule with weekends/holidays may be required.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy.
• Ability to operate a POS system and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily tasks to the team.
• Act as a knowledgeable concierge for guests and neighborhoods.
• Greet guests and ensure friendly, professional service.
• Train staff and develop a customer‑focused team.
• Assist management in scheduling and labor budgeting.
• Balance cash and close out daily sales with accuracy.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized stock levels.
• Support payroll coordination and timely reporting as needed.
