Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Moun is seeking an entry-level Supervisor in Charge to ensure guest and donor satisfaction at the Hamilton facility. Responsibilities include supervising store activities, enforcing policies, and supporting inventory and reporting tasks.

The role requires quick communication, reliable cash handling, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. The position emphasizes cross-training, adherence to best practices, and teamwork to meet production and sales

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years previous experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20–100 pounds.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level guest and donor service.
• Supervise retail and production activities to meet goals.
• Enforce ESGW policies and procedures.
• Assist with staff meetings to improve communication.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and resolve errors.
• Assist with inventory control and stock rotation.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting and opening/closing procedures.
