Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple duties

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by stocking, signing, facing, and aligning with schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and schedule work appointments.
• Monitor expenses and manage team budget adherence.
• Communicate, document, and coach direct reports accurately and timely.
