Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred or equal work experience.
• 4 years of retail experience with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple duties with changing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are stocked, signed, faced, and aligned with schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses within team budget standards.
• Communicate, administer, and coach direct reports.
