Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication, receptive to feedback and quick to adapt.
• Ability to coach associates in-the-moment and de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
• Set daily/shift goals and provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling, product knowledge, and brand values.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
