Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to lead a dynamic store team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales and operations in partnership with the Store Manager. You will develop outstanding associates, execute action plans with the Sales Leadership Team, and contribute to growth across the brand.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and maintaining store standards while ensuring a safe, engaging shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Thrives in a customer-first retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and openness to feedback.
• Ability to provide coaching to associates in the moment.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Availability to work peak days and varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Address customer experience and maintenance issues as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and operations.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including deposits and shipments.
• Set daily/shift direction and goals when associates arrive.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability.
• Maintain safety, store appearance, and adherence to policies.
