Job summary

Advantage-Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate retail associates, conduct store audits, and drive merchandising excellence across territories. You will work with Business Development Managers, Brands, and store personnel to meet client objectives and maintain high standards.

You will manage staffing, ensure products are stocked and signed, monitor expenses, and communicate effectively with your team.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete retail projects.
• Ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics.
• Maintain client relationships and schedule work appointments.
• Monitor expenses and keep within team budget standards.
• Provide accurate administrative and coaching support to direct reports.
