Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Thornton, CO seeks a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will implement corporate directives, assist in staffing and training, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Required are 2–4 years in retail, high school diploma or equivalent, and supervisory experience is a plus. This full-time role includes extensive product knowledge, event coordination, and a focus on service

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and ensure merchandising directives are followed.
• Assist GSM/DM with staffing, training, and scheduling; participate in performance feedback.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, and compliance with plan-o-grams and corporate directives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer and associate issues with HR support as needed.
