Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Thornton, CO seeks a Team Lead, Front End to guide associates in merchandising, customer service and daily store operations. You’ll supervise the department, plan to-do lists, staff scheduling, and coach a team to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate pricing, inventory integrity, product knowledge, and delivering a legendary customer experience with strong teamwork and proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in Retail Sales with supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions and percentages.
• Strong numeric literacy and ability to read and analyze reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to department associates and staff schedules.
• Maintain pricing, planograms and UPC integrity; execute merchandising directives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues with HR/management input.
• Coach associates to promote teamwork and positive customer relations.
• Conduct product demos and maintain product knowledge for customers.
