Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Colorado Springs is seeking a Front End Team Leader to guide the department, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll supervise daily activities, coordinate staffing and training, and ensure pricing and displays align with corporate directives.

You will maintain product knowledge, conduct staff demos, and support events to enhance the in-store experience while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of retail sales experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong math skills for discounts, commissions, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Directs department staff daily to meet sales and service targets.
• Maintains pricing, signage, and plan-o-grams as directed by corporate.
• Staffing, interviewing, training, and scheduling responsibilities.
• Coaches associates to provide superior customer service and achieve store goals.
• Ensure accurate inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandise presentation.
• Assist with special events and product demos to engage customers.
